- 1st day of the Championship and Cup
- Presidents and Ladies Cup and their Price giving in Royal Balaton Golf & Yacht Club, Balatonudvari - the transport organised by us

- 2nd day of the Championship and Cup
- General Assembly (Presidents meeting) in Hotel Diana, Tata
- Presidents dinner in Hotel Diana, Tata
Friday 21 August 2009
- 3nd day of the Championship and Cup
- Closing ceremony in Old Lake Golf & Country Club - prize giving and following gala dinner
Saturday 22 August 2009
- Departure and check out of the participants.
